Hello all...this might so obvious...but can't figure it out...
As a member of a group...how do I see who my fellow group members are?

Easiest way is to set group mode at the course level, as follows:
Go to Administration block > Settings > Group mode field and set it to either "Separate groups" or "Invisible groups" (depending on your needs).
Now when someone visits the participants page, it will only display people in the same group as the person viewing the page. To provide a link to this page on your course home page, add the People block to the page.
Alternatively, if you can go to your profile page. All your group memberships will be listed here. Clicking on a group name will take you to a filtered view of the participants page for that particular group (so long as group mode has been set at a course level).
