I'm trying to give my non-editing teachers certain capabilities that they don't have on the default values, but I'm having limited success. (I can't use the teacher role because it has too many capabilities)
Allowing certain capabilities doesn't appear to result in my non-editing teachers being able to do what I want.
Is there anywhere I can get a fuller description of the individual capabilities? Moodle docs doesn't have that much info.
What I'm trying to do is allow non-editing teachers to import resources from another course (our library of resources), move the resources to different weeks, and make certain weeks hidden or visible. I don't want the non-editing teachers to be able to edit the resources though.
