I was wandering the same thing, so I visited http://www.123flashchat.com site and found the newer version of moodle 123flashchat module.
You can download it here: http://www.123flashchat.com/index.php?page=moodle-module-2
Install instructions are included in zip file - you don't need to know host and port settings if you choose free service.
