Now, I didn't do the upgrade (that's taken care of by our service provider), so maybe I missed something, but...
Under 1.3, many of my resources - in fact all of the documents stored on my server - were displayed in a frame with the navigation retained at the top. After upgrade to 1.4 they are all now displayed in the same window without the frame (effectively target="_top")
My question: do I now have to go through and manually fix them all by using the new improved resource editing page or is there any way I can set this up sitewide...? 
Thankfully I'm only a few courses into setting up the site but I imagine I'd be spitting chips if this was a fully-fledged site.
