We're currently having problems where a couple of members of staff have the Add resource/Add an activity drop downs menus missing when they turn editing on within a certain course.
Going to this course as administrator and turning editing on shows that they can see these menus, and add resources.
When a certain member of staff tries the same they can turn editing on within the course and rearrange what files are already there, but they are unable to add any new resources.
This is the case whether we add these certain staff members as course creators or as teachers to the course.
These teachers are able to add resources to other courses that they have the rights to do so in, but on a few other problem courses where they have the same rights they can not.
We’re running Moodle 1.9.4 if that helps.
