I wonder why a coursecreator can't restore a course to a new course. I would think it's logical a coursecreator has the right to do so since he/she can create new courses.
Is there a workaround/hack to make this possible?
Found my workaround.
A coursecreator can creat a new empty course, can download the backup from his source course and upload it to his target course.
Then he can restore it in his new course and done.
It would IMHO be more elegant if a coursecreator can create a new course immediately from the restore-menu.
I'll file a feature request for this
