Roles and permissions

When you go to the define roles page, and look at the definition of a particular role, you will see that the background colour of some cells is different (assuming your theme is reasonably standard), that shows the default permission for each capability. Of course the radio buttons show the current role definition.

In the code, this information comes from the access.php files in the various .../db folders.
