Moodle indicates that emails have bee sent when I use forums, new account creation, etc buit no-one receives any of them!
What am I doing wrong?
I have now received 2 emails informing me that my backups were not saved and login failures - which proves that the email is working! But NOT for new account authentication. HELP NEEDED!
