Hallo I must make a quiz available only for those students that have pass a previous quiz. How can i do that?

Option 1: Wait for Moodle 2.0 to be released, then use the new conditional activities feature. (Don't hold your breath.)
Option 2: Give the second quiz a password, and only reveal that password in the overall feedback of the previous quiz.
Option 3: Investigate the Conditional Activities patch for Moodle 1.9 and install that on your server.

i have heard of moodle 2.0 but i don't think my customer can't wait no longer. I'll try your second option
