Hi Hussein 

To create a group of creators, you need to follow these steps

1. Loggin as the site administrator
2. Select Admin from your Administration menu
3. 
   Select "Assign creators - Creators can create new courses and teach in them"  Select from the sub category USERS
4. On the next scren,  your will have a text box and a search button, here you need to enter the names of the users, whom you would like to assign the role of creators, then click search.
5. Once a valid user have been found, to finalise the process, click the arrow pointing left, this will transfer the selected user over to column 1, title "Existing course creators  ", this simple mean the selected user has the potential to create new courses.

Thats all there is to it.

NOTE

FOR STEP 5 you will have two colums

Existing course creators      &         Potential course creators

This colum list your existing course creators          This column list potential users of becoming course creators

P.S To remove a course creator from this role, perform step 1 to 4, at step 4, this time you will remove the user from the left column by finding the user from the right list, then click the arror pointing right.....
