Think your question is in the wrong forum. I am guessing you are asking about a contributed code that creates tabs. This is not a regular lesson feature, nor is it something I am used to seeing in a the "Add a resource" drop down box on a course's home page. Otherwise I would be more than happy to tell you a better place to ask the question besides General questions.
Perhaps you posted here by mistake instead of a say your school's Moodle site for training teachers. I know that schools in New Hampshire sometimes customize their Moodlesites with fancy stuff that looks totally non-Moodle
