Does anyone know how to add questions to the feedback survey as there is no option to create questions.....Moodle 1.9.2+ (Build: 20080813)
When I add in the Feedback Module it is giving an older version mumber and to the life of me, have deleted the folders, database entries etc.....
Fixed: Permissions problem - even though I removed and installed it again, doesnt reset role permissions.

I noted that you need to be logged in as a teacher to add questions to this module (at least in v 1.93). I was logged in as an administrator, thinking I could do everything... but it seems I was wrong!! :>
After creating the questions. I could then modify it as an Administrator.

We have been using Feedback in 1.8 for a while and it has worked perfectly... until today when suddenly teachers using it within one course page could not see the tabs to add questions etc. However, on their other teaching pages it was fine. Any ideas? We are upgrading to 1.9 next week...

This must be a bug. It should not be necessary to force teachers to access the complicated roles admin just to make an activity work in a normal way.
