I can't seem to figure out how to completely delete a user who really shoudn't be registered.
This came up in a humorous context, thank goodness... some of my beta testers signed up as Brad Pitt and Jennifer Lopez, along with pictures. If I unenroll them from the class, they still appear on the list of new users.
Is the answer staring me in the face? Sorry if it is.
On another note, has anyone had trouble with emails confirming accounts not arriving at Hotmail addresses? I'm sure this is not Moddle's problem, but it's been a nuisance as so many of our kids use Hotmail.

Heh heh.

Well, the short answer is you can't. The problem has been what to do with their log entries, posts etc ... however I've just had an idea to disable a user so it at least LOOKS like they've been deleted. http://bugs.moodle.com/bug.php?op=show&bugid=105

Ah, well, let's call that a bug and I'll fix it for 1.0.5.

Both of these issues are now fixed and will be part of 1.0.5
I've had a few hotmail addresses bouncing too (back to moodle.com when people have signed up here). However several people have confirmed successfully using hotmail.
Don't get me started on what I think about Hotmail!
