This site worked fine before upgrading from 1.8 to 1.9 but now when the Admin user selects FrontPage/Site Files, the result is a 403 Permission Denied error.
Selecting Front Page/Restore gives the same error.
I have checked the permissions, all are as they were before the upgrade. The moodledata folder is set at 777 for the www user, etc.
The real mystery is that we have another instance of Moodle running on the same server for another school, also upgraded to 1.9 and it works fine!
They use separate databases as well as directories.
The server is running Centos5 Linux and has not been upgraded.
Has anyone had a similar problem??
