Assignment

I am trying to set up custom scaling grades through the grade book which gives me the option to create my own grading scale. I do all the procedures correctly but when I click submit I get an error. The error is not explained anywhere. Help!

Secondly, does Moodle now allow quarter grades (ie. 7.25/10 when you set up the final mark of an assignment as out of 10)? The old version last year wouldn't allow this so I had to make a 10 mark assignment out of 100 and even that didn't work as 8.25/10 was 82 out of 100 -- not exactly the same thing! (This confused the students endlessly plus I couldn't really use the grade book efficiently this way). (The qualitative marking doesn't help either as it has a limited scale).
