Is there any method to show that a student hast finished a course?
A final marker to say "student x has passed this course"?
When i look at the grader report all the students that have just enroled are rated F because they have not yet started with the given assignements.

I think there was/is a plu-in for this. You could assign X many assignments, X many quiz, f-to-f, ect. and if passed the student was "passed"

I think the easiest way to have some kind of a marker in the 1.9.5 gradebook is to modify the settings for course total and set "Grade to pass" area to some arbitrary number.
Then the final grades for students who did not achieve that level will be red in Grader report. Others will be green.
