I'm working for an organisation that provides mandatory training which must be refreshed annually by staff. Currently we are using the face-to-face module to allow staff to book in advance and have found this to be very effective. Is there a way of creating an automatic reminder, that would create a message to be sent to each staff's e-mail to remind them to check the availability of course places at a pre-determined time frame, in order that their training does not lapse?
