Forgive my ignorance here but, how do I know if I have set this up correctly. I am using TortoiseCVS. I right click on the moodle folder and click on "Update" I see the window appear and it rolls through several files and then says it is complete. If I look at the mod dates on files they have not changed. But if I look at the change logs in the modules download page for some of those same files I can see that modifications have been made to them. Am I looking at two different things?
