"Drag & drop ordering questions" - Error message when attempting to save

I've seen the "Question Type: Drag-and-drop ordering question type" (http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&rid=978) in action and was very impressed. Sadly, when I installed it on my own Moodle, I get the following error message whenever I try to save an exercise:
"Could not insert order subquestion!"
It then produces a blank screen whenever you try to open or edit the quiz. sad

I checked under the "Notifications", and it says the following:
(mysql): CREATE INDEX mdl_quesordesub_que_ix ON mdl_question_order_sub (question)
Success
order tables have been set up correctly

I'm on Moodle 1.9 (2007101509).

Any ideas for how to solve this would be greatly appreciated! wink

blush Just solved my own problem! big grin

After installing the plug in, you need to go to the "Notifications" page and click on "continue" (at the bottom of the page). When you edit a quiz after that, it works fine!!!

Hope this is of use someone else as well!
