missing friendly links on weekly outline

hi i am glad to be associated with real professionals that have created Moodle.  my question is when i first started using moodle the weekly outline would have links beside the pictures of the assignments and as i have continued the course they are now gone. anyone else experience this.

the picture of assignments and quizzes still work as links but the assignment name does not show with the helpful link???

Hmm,

Try turning edit mode on and moving some of these up and down (with the black arrows). Does that bring the text links back? If not, how many activities do you have in this course?

the first couple of weeks i have 3 + quiz for the first week and 2 + quiz following weeks also  this setup is one of the examples you mentioned about using two versions of moodle for one MySQL database to solve the problem of a firewall not allowing access across it.
