After the problems addressed by Santiago Blanco in our platform (moodle version is Moodle 1.9.1+ (Build: 20080521),  PHP version: PHP Version 5.2.6RC4-pl0-gentoo) he finally fixed the problem affecting not only the feedback module, but to other modules.

But I've apparently lost all the information my students recorded on the feedback. I have at least 77 students that completed the feedback and about 50 questions.

Now I have lost the complete questionaire (there's only one question on the module), On the analysis option I see 77 answers for 51 questions. But I don't see any graph or any answer at all. The export to excel option also fails... Is there any way to get the original tables of the questions and answers (before the failure of the module in our platform)? how are those tables called?

Any idea? Thanks in advance

Hi Alfredo,

the feedback-tables are called feedback_xxx.
The prfx can you find on your config.php and the xxx named the tables content.
The values of your feedbacks are stored on the table feedback_value.
Each value has a reference to an feedback_completed entry.
