Adds the ability to add user specific assign submission notes for markers via the custom user profile fields 'submission_assignmentnotes'(Checkbox type) and 'submission_assignmentnotes_details'(Text area type), that must be created by the Administrator - please see 'Installation' in the readme file for more details. Data entered in a text area custom profile field will be available as a popup when marking a Moodle assignment.
