Hi arief widodo! We haven't seen this issue before and need more info to replicate it. Could you please raise a new issue here https://github.com/catalyst/moodle-tool_webanalytics/issues and provide more details like: server OS and version, Moodle version, DB server and its version, a list of 3rd party plugins installed. Thanks.

    Hello,

Do I need to have an account on Google Analytics and Matomo to use this plugin?

    Thank you!

I installed the plugin and before that, on Google Tag Manager, I created an account, a tag and everything. On GTM, I was provided with 2 snippets. I cannot paste them here nor I can paste a screenshot, but you can see the whole discussion here: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=391550#p1578278.
My problem is that I have no idea about where, in the Moodle file system, I have to put them.
    Could you help me?
Notes: I am not a tech; I am trying to analyze the traffic on my Moodle instance, which is version 3.5.8. URL: https://ital2.org/m/course/view.php?id=5. It is free access for guests, without login.

According to this plugin statistics, it seems it is already used on Moodle 4.x instances. Could you confirm there are no problem while using this plugin on Moodle 4 ?

The plugin is said to be Privacy friendly. Does this mean, it is fully GDPR compatible?

The `$plugin->supported = [401, 403]; ` in the current MOODLE_401_STABLE branch indicates that there is a version tested and compatible with Moodle 4.3, but it is not released on moodle.org. We would be very grateful if this could still be done.
