Mathslate is a mathematics editor that this plugin adds to TinyMCE toolbar.  It is similar in functionality to DragMath which was included as a TinyMCE plugin in the Moodle core for 2.0-2.7.  Mathslate however has no Java dependency, and consequently it should usable in a larger variety of browsers including those on mobile devices.

What do you want to show in content? TinyMCE or just the mathematics editor? or are you having a problem with display of the TeX code?

Do you have the TeX filter or MathJax filter properly configured? See the documentation for the or the Mathematics Tools forum for help.

I do not think that that TinyMCE or Atto are actually supported in the app. There is a mobile text editor but I do not think that it supports plugins. So Mathslate would not be feasible in the app.
The Mobile app has not implemented MathJax support either so TeX produced by this plugin will not display unless the TeX notation filter is active. If you want to support mathematics on the App it is recommended to enable Tex notation filter in addition to MathJax.

Documentation for the filter is here https://docs.moodle.org/en/TeX_notation_filter . IThe Mathematics tools forum usually provides support.

    Thank You .
But is TeX essential for the mathJax to work? because my problem is that the equations are displayed very well on my post but no longer on the mobile?

MathJax will not work on Moble app. This is a known issues MOBILE-1611. The best work around is to enable both Mathjax and Text notation filters.

You should check to make sure the the Tex binaries are installed properly first. The TeX notation filter has some settings in the admin panel which shows the status of each binary (should show check marks). If not you will need to install a TeX distribution on the server. More information is available in the filter docs.
