Approval issue created: CONTRIB-8801

I am using conditional fields to control hiding or showing other custom profile fields.

When using statictext and mark the field as hidden in conditional fields, it keeps showing and does not hide.

Any idea how to fix this?

Unfortunately I have not found a generic way to fix this.
I could only fix specific cases using field-specific selectors with javascript
