Usage & Settings

  • Go to Site Administration > Reports > Custom Reports, just like you normally do
  • Press New report
  • Select one of the sources from the dropdown under the Activity Setting report section. If any of the included datasources is not installed on your system, it will not appear in the dropdown.
  • Use the Custom Report Builder as usual
  • You will find most of the possible activity settings for
    • Assignments
    • Forums
    • Quizzes
    • SCORM packages

Highlights

  • The URL of each activity as plain text, making it available in your CSV export (a feature not found in core Moodle).
  • Restrictions displayed exactly as they appear on the course or activity page.
  • Completion criteria for activities.
  • Grade items and their properties, such as grade type, grade to pass, scale, and more.
  • Last modified dates for each activity.
  • Core course and course category settings included for comprehensive context.

Note: You should have at least a basic familiarity with the relevant database tables and the meaning of their columns. Fortunately, most are self-explanatory.
