Based on the Onetopic course format by David Herney Bernal.
This format provides discussion forums below each topic section.
Notes:
* the first time a section is viewed after the course is created the forum appears below the section,
but the activity link does not appear in the topic section. Simply reload the section, and it will appear from then on.
* Do not rename the topic forums, Doing so causes a new forum to be created.
-this might be useful for archiving?
* If you do not like the forums appearing as an activity link in the topic, move it to a hidden sidebar (a contributed block).
