Moodle block plugin which can be used to link Moodle courses to Opencast series. Teachers can use this block to upload videos to Moodle which are then transmitted to Opencast and processed there afterwards.

- Teachers can download processed videos (Issue #97)
- Teachers can report problems with videos. Sent mails automatically include technical details (Issue #173)
- If enabled, users must accept the terms of use before uploading videos (Issue #171)
- Teachers can configure and start workflows for videos (Issue #177)
- Refactor admin settings so that only core moodle settings are used. That allows admins to export/import settings using the Admin presets block (Issue #168, #149)
- Additional placeholder [USERNAME] can be used in ACL rules
- Moodle 3.11 is now officially supported

Default installation instructions for plugins of the type Blocks
- Make sure you have all the required versions.
- Download and unpack the block folder.
- Place the folder (eg "myblock") in the "blocks" subdirectory.
- Visit http://yoursite.com/admin to complete the installation
- Turn editing on in any home or course page.
- Add the block to the page
- Visit the config link in the block for more options.
