I will continue reviewing in the meantime. Thanks!
Are you finished testing plugin?
If yes i have new version of block_eexcess plugin and atto plugin to submit and close issues on github.
Thanks Mike for checking the plugin. Well spotted bug in those deletion scripts.
Artur, it seems that the fix has not been committed yet to your repository and the reported issues was not resolved yet. Once you do it, please do not forget to upload a new version here into the Plugins directory (we do not pull automatically, plugin maintainers have to explicitly release updates here). For now, I am marking this as needing more work.
new version(2016042600) of plugin already submitted also submitted additional plugin for block eexcess for inserting citations into a text or image in atto editor https://moodle.org/plugins/atto_eexcesseditor and issues on github closed.

This plugin seems way too much useful. However, I have not been able to install/uninstall in my Moodle. In other words, I completed the installation directly from https://moodle.org/plugins/block_eexcess and https://moodle.org/plugins/atto_eexcesseditor and followed all the standard procedures as any other plugin. However, it appears "disabled":
EEXCESS To be installed
block_eexcess
Additional 1.0 Disabled
Required by: atto_eexcesseditor
And not as suggested in http://eexcess.eu/plug-in-for-moodle/ . Now I cannot enable or uninstall it, not even find it.
I would appreciate if I could get some help with this matter.
in administration block go to Site administration/Plugins/Blocks/Manage Blocks find eexcess and click on eye to show this plugin.
This resolving the issue?
