I am working with a similar issue, Examview question banks when generated in BB 6 format and imported into moodle BB 5 format experience this issue. When generating a test bank in examview it asks for an image folder name, i.e, in my case img. When the bank is imported what examview creates for a path is something like;
res00000/ppg/examview/img/testimg.jpg
it seems as though examview has prefix folders or something. This might be an examview issue, but I will be working with this problem this week. I may try an abslolute path in examview and see if that works. http://mymoodlesite/testimgs

I know this forum is old, but I just installed the latest version of 1.9.3+ and cannot move blocks from right to left. They do not disappear from the drop down list the block just acts as though it was deleted.
We are a US based high school and would also like to see a parent role where permissions could be customized. What is almost needed is a bind role where a parent role is a mirror of a particular student role, that way a parent could only see their students grade and participation in the course. We are not as concerned with whether or not the parent can see replies from other students.
I am concerned about the core code hacks aswell, I cant post the theme because its to big....I will post it to an external site. The theme is heavely based on the newbury theme, no question, and cudos to nubury on their design. We wanted to make it more institutional and like yahoo since they please 50million+ users. alot of our code hacks are only for the front page 1.9. our instructors wanted the ability to color cordinate...anway, I would like to see if this theme could be alterd so that core code hacks could be eliminated. I will pass this to our programing firm, as its very important to to me that any person can implement this theme. i will say that from what I undrstand our firm said it will upgrade from version to version based on core code theme.
