In an ideal world, this would not be needed. Instead, Moodle should provide a uniform JavaScript API for interacting with whatever editor is currently in use. However, I think that idea has not got beyond Andrew Lyons starting to think about it.

I completely agree about the awesomeness of Moot DACH. Would recommend, particularly the DevCamp.
However, since I am a pedant, I must correct the title of your post. Did you go and Look at the Danube while you were in Vienna? I did, and here is how I looks.

I think that is definitely not blue. Probably fair to call it green.
Also, how big is this river?! Here at Vienna, we are still 1900km from the where it enters the sea!

That is what I mean. Since "grunt watch" only rebuilts files when you change them, it does not rebuild everything. Only the files you are working on. At least, that works for me, and I am on Windows too.
