Hello there. I'm not quite sure about your terminology "course room" - do you mean what Moodle calls a course? (See Courses. If so then you could for example use groups with [[Restrict access] so that the USA group only sees quizzes etc for visting USA and the EU group only sees EU related materials. Would that work? All in the same course. For the teacher it would look quite cumbersome as they would see everything but the students would only see what is relevant to them, and they are what counts.

I mean - if you want them to resubmit after the deadline, could you add a user override for that particular user (or group) so they can resubmit after the deadline? See the documentation on Overriding assignment deadlines.

Hello Jackie. I think you are referrring to the Course certificate plugin. The certificate should be sent to learners once they complete the required activities related to the certificate. I would check that the scheduled task "Issue course certificates" (\mod_coursecertificate\task\issue_certificates_task) is running regularly.

Use the Restrict access feature to restrict only to specific groups. If you don't see Groups as an option when restricting access then make sure you have people added to your groups and your course settings are set to groups (Separate groups is what you presumably want)
