Go to Site administration > Development> Debugging and turn off Performance info.

Hello. I am one of the site administrators on this site Moodle.org. I did a search for names containing userrome and the only one which appeared was your current one, userrome33. (It would be nice if you could change your name to a more user-friendly name by the way.) I can also confirm that userrome30 was deleted.
I don't think you need to worry about having extra accounts as I can only find your current one.

Hello Perry. You mean - you need to award a site badge automatically based on different criteria from the ones already there? Because otherwise they could simply be manually awarded at will by someone with permissions to award site badges.
