Hello Vitaly and sorry you couldn't complete the support contact form. I know it sometimes happens that messages from the Russian Federation (where my son lives by the way) don't go through. I will mention your problem to the team to see if they can troubleshoot it. It is possible you weren't allowed to post your comment because you added a link - can you try to post without adding the link and see if that works? Do you definitely have External backpack connection enabled (ticked) on Site administration > Badges > Badges settings? I assume you do but just double checking.

Hello Luigi. Don't worry - I noticed my site, registered the same time as yours, seems to have gone down temporarily as well. Hopefully the MoodleCloud team will be able to resolve the issue but it may well be on Monday.

Hi Dave. As in the Notes documentation, notes should not be visible to students - unless they have a teacher role somewhere on the site. Notes are for teachers to make notes about students, not for students to make their own notes.
