We've temporarily relaxed the spam detection so you should be able to post your comment with the one link now. Let me know if it works. (Although you have been on Moodle.org for a long time and have posted often in the forums, perhaps you were new to making comments on plugins, so that might be why you were mistakenly detected as spam.)
