Do you mean you have separate courses in English and French or do you mean the individual courses themselves have areas in French and areas in English? If you mean separate courses then it shouldn't be a problem because you can have the French courses in one category and the English ones in another and direct people to them on the front page. Once they are enrolled they will only see their own language courses anyway on their Dashboard.
If you mean there are areas in French and areas in English within each course then you could consider the various plugins and filters available for catering for more than one language for example Restriction by language .

Hello Robert. I am not certain, as I am not a Paypal expert, but I remember this problem with a Paypal set up we tried a couple of years ago (it appeared and disappeared immediately) and I think it was something to do with it being a test account and/or the browser- I know when we set up the live account, it seemed to work. That might not be very helpful, but hopefully someone else might come up with a better suggestion
