Hello Alan. I don't think they conflict because the red text refers to the username and the black text refers to the password.

If you're new to Moodle, whatever your role, a good place to start is the free, self-paced course Introduction to Moodle on Moodle Academy.

Hello again Alan. Those questions use the Moodle Lesson activity. The reason there are no videos is because this short course is meant to be a really quick and very general introduction to Moodle. Other courses coming up in Academy - for example the updated courses from learn.moodle.org will have videos in them, as they will go into more detail in specific aspects. (We don't use H5P because at the moment it is very difficult to get such activities translated, and these courses will be translated into different languages.)
