As Luiggi said, it is Moodle 4.0 Boost but with a custom design on the front page and linked page.

Hello Alexandre - as I mentioned in the French forums, this has been reported (in fact, by another French speaking Moodler earlier today in the French forums ;) ) so I have made a tracker ticket for it. MDLSITE-6886
