I just tested on the School demo (on 2.7) and you're right! I only tested on Clean however; don't know if it is the same for other, older themes. It might be worth looking in the tracker for this.

Hello Ryan and welcome  I think the reason you've not had a reply is because you have posted several questions in one post, and it's more helpful to split them up, so people who can reply to one particular query and not another can just focus on that one. You could also then give each one a more specific title to attract those who have knowledge of that area. So I suggest you have a look at our Forums help and then take a look at our different  subject forums and see if you can fit them individually into there. If you don't get any replies I'll come back and check and try to help again.

So in your activities do you have the option of how an activity is to be marked complete? That is, do you have an Activity completion setting and is completion tracking set to something other than "do not indicate"?

Is this in all activities you are adding or just certain ones?
