Bonjour. à savoir s'il est possible d'ouvrir un cours dès que le cours précédent est terminé.. pas automatiquement, non. Ce n'est pas possible avec les fonctionnalités actuelles de Moodle. Un "workaround" serait d'afficher une page  si le participant obtient plus de 80%  dans le cours et dans cette page,  lui donner la clef d'inscription au cours B. (Mais il pourrait toujours donner cette clef à un autre.. mais vous sauriez que cet autre n'a pas obtenu 80%)

1. They don't need a Moodle.org account (unless they want to join in our online community, which is nice, but it is not essential for your course.)
2. Shared hosting would probably be Ok if you only have a few students, but if you want to ask more about shared hosting then I would start a new forum thread rather than continuing this one.

Hello there. Yes. You need to have a Moodle site on the internet (is the short answer. Some technical organisations can run it from their own server but if you are not technical then yes, you need to find a webhosting company that will give you Moodle online) Then when you have set it up your students can go to that URl and access your courses.

Thanks! I'm not at all technical (in terms of MySQL) but was just curious  as to how this was different (or better) than creating courses via CSV http://docs.moodle.org/en/Upload_courses, which is the only way I know other than manually creating them.
