What were the words of the email? What does it refer to? Have you modified the roles in any of your courses - ie. are students only students in each course and do not have other roles?
Hello there. If it is a SCORM package please see SCORM settings Also, regarding folders, you have to zip the folder first before uploading it. See Folder resource settings
