Hello there. You can download any language packs from our downloads page https://download.moodle.org/

Just click on the version you want, for example the latest 2.7.2 https://download.moodle.org/releases/latest/ and you'll see the link to the language packs there. The sites have recently undergone a facelift and so the link you refer to is probably a result of this recent design - it should be fixed this week; thanks for alerting ussmile

I very much agree with John. I hadn't heard about this until  a short while ago when my son got a job (his first!) at a primary school in the East end of London, and they are focused on the IPC, so I am helping him look around for stuff. If I ever had spare time, I'd love to make a Moodle course for one of the IPC units.  Maybe when I'm on holiday next summer -busman's holidaybig grin

Do you mean you want to limit the number of students who can  be enrolled in a course? You can do this with the self enrolment plugin settings,where you specify the maximum number of enrolled users. Would that work instead? See the documentation Self enrolment
