It is visible by default - so you dont't do anything. If you don't want them to see it while you are working on it then you can hide it and unhide it later. But to make it visible you don't do anything. However I see in your screenshot that you have hidden the section where the quiz is located, so you might want to unhide that section.
It's a permission thing - teachers must be given the capability Editothersubmission - that's not a basic thing to explain.
Eric Eric - from yet another question you asked without trying things yourself, I believe you are wanting the Feedback activity here rather than quiz questions. CLOZE is for quiz questions and is available for 3.11 but I think you want to use the questions available in the Feedback activity.
Before you post your next question, look at all the forums on the main page of Moodle in English here and select the most appropriate one. If you keep posting everything in the General help forum then it makes extra work for moderators who have to then move your posts to where they are best placed.
As for asking "Is there any example under Moodle demo" I assume you mean the School demo site - you can simply use one of the logins and explore all the courses yourself. There are pages that offer sample activities such as Teacher sample activities or Student sample activities or Manager sample activities but there are many other activities not on those lists that you can explore. Why are you not doing that before coming here to ask your questions?
