I wonder if what you need is site-wide groups. If so, Moodle does not yet have that feature. There is, however, an interesting discussion and a hack at http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=93424.

If you have FTP access, Cyberduck is good.

Using C Panels' file manager, I am pretty sure that you can upload the theme as a zipped file and unzip it on the server. Just for future reference.

Should not be a problem. See this - http://docs.moodle.org/en/Themes.

If you are having FTP problems, you might want to try using the file manager that comes with C Panel.

Maybe that will help a bit.

Well, thank you for your two cents. This is the right place for constructive feedback.

I do not mind editing the language files to make these sorts of changes, but maybe your way is just as good or better. Let's see what the community says.
