One might get away with a minor lie like PHP 8.1 required, PHP 8.0 given. But when MySQL 8.0 required and MySQL 5.7 given, highly unlikely.

The recommended "unfreeze" is Site restore to the Site backup taken prior to the upgrade.
Other unfreezing may or may not be possible, depending on whether the upgrade script ran on the database or not. if not, replacing the code with the previous version and editing the flag somewhere in the database might work. Yeah, wait for an auspicious time. ;)

Certain expressions caught my attention too:
- "Here’s a possible response for the post:"
https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=462582#p1857693
- "It sounds like you're facing some challenges with performance in your Moodle installation. Here are several steps you can take to investigate and potentially resolve the issues:"
https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=462701#p1857694
- "It sounds like you're experiencing significant performance issues with your Moodle site during peak usage. Here are some suggestions to help improve the situation:"
https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=460425#p1857710
"Odd and odder.."

And four verbose responses rain all of a sudden within 70 minutes https://moodle.org/mod/forum/user.php?id=6682902. That must have been a golden hour.
Coming back to the Forum code of conduct, it only says, "If you are not a native speaker you may use AI to help phrase your question or reply. If so, please add a note to your post 'AI used to help phrase this post.'"
Additional plug-ins are the Achilles heel of this whole gallop. Notice that the plug-ins not only should match the Moodle core, but potentially newer versions of PHP and the DBMS.

What is debatable?
>> Such links appearing in the calendar would be!
OR
>> And you can't block every resource/activity with a password.
> is the calendar on the course page?
On the Moodle 4.1 LTS we use, the calendar comes in two prominent places: In the dashboard on the top menu bar and in the drop-down list when one clicks on the profile image, also on the top menu bar, towards the right hand corner.
