One more thing. As can be seen in https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=596 both the http://docs.moodle.org/en/Performance and http://docs.moodle.org/en/Performance_FAQ are the forum documentation. But the latter is missing in the detailed page https://moodle.org/mod/forum/post.php?forum=94. Could be please add the Performance_FAQ too to the detailed page?

When das Hostingpaket http://www.world4you.com/de/webhosting/domainserver2015.html ist, glaube ich nicht, dass dein Moodle mit "nichts" in den E-Mail-Einstellungen (Site administration > Plugins > Message outputs > Email > SMTP hosts | SMTP security | SMTP username | SMTP password) Mails verschicken kann, es sei denn, dein Provider sagt, dass es ein SMTP-Server im 'localhost' am Port 25 laeuft und dass der innerhalb des Servers keine Authentisierung verlangt.

In Ihrem Angebot (Link oben) unter Mailserver steht "SMTP Server (Postausgang): Für den Versand steht Ihnen ein eigener SMTP Server zur Verfügung". Du musst nach den genauen Angaben fragen. Am besten die vier Sachen in den Klammern im vorherigen Abschnitt erwaehnen.

Wenn du die hast, testen mit eingeschaltetem 'debugsmtp' (Site administration > Development > Debugging > Debug email sending).
