This is a Moodle 4.5.5. The tool_health reports:

Question categories should belong to the same context as their parent

When one question category is the parent of another, then they should both belong to the same context. This is not true for the following categories:

The same site, as it was in Moodle 4.1., threw a similar error: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=466545.

Is it something to worry about? Note that the site had a quiz question explosion some time back. We are "cleaning" the site ever since. Just now upgraded 4.1 > 4.5.

The encounter had a bad repercussion: The staging Moodle instance has replaced the production instance!

Shouldn't that be .., 4.0, 3.11, 3.10, 3.9, 3.8?
