That is what I am saying. Each case (cause, history) is unique. That is why it is important to have a forum thread per case. We are discussing your case. I posted the links to a couple of _other_ cases, including mine. That doesn't mean that they have the same _problem_, they all have one common _symptom_, that their question banks have exploded.
A teacher-duo has managed to "create" 760k questions (in reality out of 4k questions). Imagine the state of the question bank of a whole department of a university!
