It refers to a Xampp server and Moodle 1.9 but the procedure is very similar.

Of course, Joseph, you have oodles of my admiration... but this forum set up doesn't.
If one is not careful, one doesn't see all the previous posts - just the ones immediately before one's own post. I should have remembered last night to click on "Show parent" but I didn't.
My "... yet" was because I was expecting you in particular to contribute because I know you feel stongly on the subject.
You reply to me is, of course, an example of how I believe "teachers" can create a culture of appropriate behaviour in a learning community by the tone of their response to erring "students" like me.
