Hi Kimber,

You can do that in the "Tracker". But make sure first (with a Google search, something like: Moodle feature submitted option) that there isn't already a tracker issue on this topic. If there is you can vote for it and come back here to give people the tracker number and encourage them to vote for it too. The developers really do pay attention to what's in the tracker but it may take some time.... be patient...

Cheers,

Bonjour Emmanuelle,

Cheers

Hi Gordon,

I sympathise with you not wanting to waste your time and know a lot of developers are irritated by the new system.

I have reread the long New Moodle Plugins Directory: maximum validation a... discussion with more attention and understand that approval is not necessary each time:

Just as a note to make sure everyone is on the same page: currently the human approval process is only required for the very first time a new plugin is added to the database.   (Anthony Borrow has this job).

....

Unlike the old M&P database, subsequent versions of a plugin do not require human approval.  This is to maximise conveneince to developers, so you can release new versions instantly now and make updates any time.  But they are labelled as updates and we have full history on all changes in case problems come up.

Cheers,

Glenys

Hi everyone,

I've done some more exploring and have discovered that it only occurs on Mac Lion on Firefox 9.0.1. - on other browsers on Lion everything is OK.

On Mac Snow Leopard and on Windows 7 the Activity Block is OK on Firefox too.

Opera shows this message:

Does that mean something to some of you?

Hi Matt,

Well, the OU courses are published under a Creative Commons "Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.0" so it's presumably OK to take the content and transform it into a more collaborative, interactive course if the source is acknowledged. I don't think it was CC a few yours ago when I was desperate for content to turn into exercises.

Don't tempt me, Matt, I have other things planned for this coming year...

Cheers,

Glenys
